A long time before AtlantiStar, I founded Aureus (2003),  a company co-investing in businesses and assets, whether or not real estate related. Aureus' first real estate JVs was just liquidated after 10 years and produced an IRR of 12,80% (unlevered).

 

Ten years after, I have founded AtlantiStar to share my know-how, with a three-pillars philosophy:

 

     1/ creating value must be a goal

 

     2/ with the wrong timing, even the right investment gets wrong

 

     3/ ethics, independence and confidentiality are non palatable values​
